Tristen A.: I had an issue with my charger. I contacted the company, who replaced my charger with the newer/upgraded model. The charger works great. I've used it on both, 110v and 220v. I'm glad there are honorable companies still out there.

Marty R: We recently got a Hyundai Santa Fe PHEV, which came with an OEM charger which responds to the vehicle computer's time-of-use settings for charging, but only delivers 12A from a 120V outlet, even though that outlet is a 20A circuit. So I ordered this charger, which is described as delivering up to 16A for either 120V or 240V, a nice combination that can work well in a wide range of situations, as well as being prepared for when I get a 240V outlet in the garage. Unfortunately, the initial charging did not happen in the designated timing, but it seemed to take several starts and stops between the charger and the car to initiate the charging session, so maybe it will work properly next time. It did, indeed, deliver about 16A of current at 120V (the car registered a rate of 1.7 kW), and was thus faster to achieve the full charge than the OEM charger. The charger body felt pretty warm after a short time charging, so it remains to be seen how well it will do with a 240V 3.3 kW charging rate (the car's maximum). The inability to coordinate with the vehicle computer's time-of-use charging plan and the somewhat warm charger body resulted in a 4* vs 5* rating. If it works better in the...

eric smalkin: Charger worked great for about 10 months but then stopped working with multiple error codes. Contacted customer service and provided the info they requested. They determined the charger was faulty and send a replacement right away. Replace my charger is working great. I appreciated they stood behind their product and honored their warranty. I highly recommend- great product at a great price with excellent support!

Thiago Demendonca: Bought this to charger out Tesla Model 3. We plugged it into a regular outlet and it works just fine. Charge is slow but that's what's expected. We get about 2.5% per hour. Installing the holder to the wall was really easy.

Oliv74: Répond à mes attentes puisque mon véhicule ne charge qu'à 3.3kw max.
Seulement utilisé en 240v pour l'instant, pas eu l'occasion d'essayer en 120v avec l'adaptateur fourni.
J'apprécie les accessoires comme le support pour le câble et celui pour la prise.
Au delà de 3.3k il faut un chargeur plus puissant a 400$ ou plus. Pour moi c'est suffisant.

Jammer: A good EVSE for us, as our breaker panel couldn't handle the higher amperage 30A+ EVSEs. The 16A took us from fully charging our 30 kWh Leaf in 20-24 hours with the included Level 1 EVSE to fully charging in about 8 hours. The included mounting hardware and carrying case are a nice bonus as well.
