Icantsplel 'Mike': It worked great for 6 months, and then it stopped working. Based on my experience with other companies I did not have faith that I would get much help. I was completely wrong. I sent a note to their customer service department detailing my issue. After verifying my Amazon order they immediately sent me a new unit that was at my doorstep within a few days. Amazing customer service. Would highly recommend!

Joe: Awesome product,only wish I could separate the intensity on one foot more than the other due to one being worse than the other.
But all in all I am very , very happy with it. It works great no complaints here. Just be careful it is pretty strong and gives strong electrical pulses which is exactly what I needed it to do. Thank you guys this is an awesome product very, very Happy with it.

Amazon Customer: The most common cause of all nerve pains is ligament injury leading to joint instability. The symptoms are numbness, tingling sensations or feet that fall asleep. I ordered my OSITO to alleviate my "pins and needles" pain. My experience so far, in the first two weeks, has been encouraging. I am confident that regular use of my EMS and TENS machine will further improve my condition. I love my OSITO and I'm keeping it.

It was very well-built, convenient to use, and more importantly, very effective for relaxing the body, and pain relief for body parts. The machine abilities description given by OSITO corresponds to reality. So we used it often in our family, lent it to friends, and convinced our relatives to buy one to have it handy.

theroseyposey: Very easy to use. I currently have a herniated/ruptured disc that has played havoc with my right leg resulting in use of either a walker or a cane. I ordered this unit to see if it would help. Before I received, I hadn't driven in about a month as I felt so uncomfortable in driving w/o causing an accident. What I do now is have a full treatment when I know I need to leave for something. That treatment gives me relief for a few hours so I can at least get out for short periods. Since we are in the age of COVID-19 ruling our lives, by executive order of Governor Cuomo getting medical treatment has been a very pains, literally, taking time. Even now, our local hospital only is doing surgical procedures on a very limited basis. I finally have an appointment on June 22 for operating room injections which pain management feels will avoid going through surgery. Both my grand-daugter and grandson have tried the unit and are very impressed. My grandson had strained his back working around home and couldn't move without considerable pain. He did two treatments and it was enough to eliminate his pain by the next day. Works well here.
