I purchased this to monitor my blood pressure daily. After I bought this one, I inherited a different one (A&D Medical UA767 Plus), and have been using both twice daily. Both provide similar readings, and I verified accuracy by taking it to my doctors office to compare it against their device. The Medgram clearly has a less powerful pump than the A&D, but it gets the job done. The Medgram has helpful information on the cuff, showing how to align it on your arm. It comes with a USB charge cord, but no charger block, and it can run off of AAA batteries. It doesn't come with a case (the A&D unit comes with a case and a charger block). Overall, I prefer the A&D unit over the Medgram.

This machine was very easy to work with and stayed reliable. My husband had a stroke and we were taking his blood pressure 3 times a day. After a few weeks of recovery he was actually able to use the machine on his own!

Pretty straightforward and easy to use. I'd buy again as long as it holds up. I monitor my BP a lot and my last monitor lasted about 2 years, which was good considering how often I used it. I check my BP regularly to keep on top of it, and this monitor is as easy to use as they come.
