Nancy Golden: This ginger is easy to swish around in your mouth when needed - its not too harsh. I also like how easy it is to store - other ginger I have bought in the past had a much more limited shelf life.

GR: I bought this for a recipe and only used a tiny bit. I also found it's good to chew on some if you have an upset stomach. Tastes pretty good for ginger.

Holly, Snoop & Fuzzy: Who knew ginger came in chunks in a spice bottle? I'm a ginger-freak and they are out of stock (more often than in stock) of the containers of dried ginger that when I discovered this in spices I decided to try it. In fact, it's better than my usual choice of over-sugared, tub container, packaged ginger. No sugar added or very little. I love that it's cut into tiny square pieces that I can add to everything and I don't need much for that great flavor. Very pleased with this discovery which will also spare my teeth from all the added sugar of packaged ginger. 👍
