Amazon Customer: Last year I purchased whole crystallized ginger for making my holiday cranberry marmalade. My food processor didn't chop it up and it was so difficult to dice with a knife since ginger is somewhat gummy. Using this diced ginger made the process so easy. I will buy this every year!
