Cayden: I saw in the review section about pain relief and don't really have anything to say about that
BUT holy does the gummy taste not only good but hit like a truck. I've tried melatonin and it could make me sleep maybe 2 good hrs before waking up and being unable to sleep. This gummy makes sure that I sleep a full 8-10 hours of good sleep.
Very much would recommend this to others.

Stefani Somers: I love these, they help me to sleep and feel so rested. I’ve been using them for about two months now, I just take 2 a night at least 30 minutes before I want to go to sleep. The taste is pleasant too!
