Jagayle: Seems like a great hitch. I have 2 trailers of different heights and this will fit the bill. May need longer chains. I store it in truck bed as it sets off my backup alarm. Probably save a few shin bruises grin.

Amazon Customer: I needed a 6 inch drop ball to tow my little compact utility trailer with my pick up. Man they want a small fortune for 1 7/8" drop hitch towbar. This saved me about $50 as I just added a 1 7/8 ball to the hitch and I'm golden. It allows me to tow smaller items (like my rider mower) without dragging around my 18 ft flat bed trailer. It does rattle a bit but some sticky back foam rubber solved that.

Hans Harvey: I already bought a kit for a 1 7/8" ball and I needed another one for the 2" ball. However, the package arrived damaged and missing the mains steel hitch pin. Somebody must have kept it while returning the box. Hence, I give this review 4 stars. Otherwise, fully satisfied with the quality and the product.
