Hope This Helps: Works well for towing yard carts, however we have to change it out when towing our trailer that is approximately 4' x 4' due to it not lining up right. When the trailer is attached it tilts, which would result in the load sliding out the back.

Debra Burnsworth: Missing all the pins. Box had a hole in it. The box was inside a bag so the pins did not fall out during Fed Ex deliver. They fell out at the warehouse. Other than that, product as described.
