Pogo's Mom: As long as you tighten all bolts with tools, the rack is very solid and doesn't move. Just completed a 1000-mile highway trip and it performed perfectly. We used wheel straps to secure the wheels from moving. Best bargain rack. No need to spend more money.

Mike5Coat: I was surprised to see how much hitch- style dual bike racks go for by the big brands, but I definitely got my money's worth when it comes to this one.

It was very simple to put together. The wrench that it came with was only meant to fit the larger bolt, so you will need a hex bit or wrench to do the other three.

It feels very stable on my HR-V's hitch and I love that the design allows for it to be tilted so I have access to the trunk (I installed a MasterLock hitch lock in the slot that allows the tilt for added protection).

Also, the hitch insert being slightly off-center makes it so that the back up camera is not blocked in my case. And the highly visible yellow padding and reflectors keep would-be tailgaters at bay, which is a nice bonus.

Overall, I haven't found anything wrong with this bike rack. I would recommend getting small bike straps to keep the wheels straight (came up in the recommended tab when adding to cart, so should be easy to find).

Sid: I like the bike rack it's great and strong. It's mfg. For 2 bikes but in my opinion it handles only 1 comfortably. You can fit 2 on it but it's extremely tight. I'll give the 2 bike rating hence the 5 stars. It's really study and fairly easy to mount the bikes. The added feature is to be able to lean it out and still have access to the truck or van compartment without removing the hitch. Would buy again.

James: Easy to drive install, bikes go on and off easily. My only complaint is that the bikes swing back and forth from acceleration/braking, so I used a Bungie cord to secure them. Otherwise fantastic rack for the price

John in Atlanta: The bike rack is perfect for what I needed it for - to take a bike across town to a flat place for me to ride. It seems sturdy and was easy to assemble. For those showing it wobble and saying it wasn't sturdy, I don't think they tightened the nuts sufficiently. They are lock nuts which cannot be finger tightened and you need more than the single wrench included to snug them up sufficiently. I'm not a fan of the bolt holding the rack in the receiver hitch but that is what makes it tight in the hitch so it doesn't wobble. Means I have to get down on the ground with a wrench to tighten it in the receiver but once I do that it rides straight and true and doesn't wobble. The plastic cap on the top of the hitch arrived shattered and broken and was in the bottom of the box. I suspect that happened during delivery when the box was dropped on its end. It doesn't effect the performance but I sure would like a replacement to keep rain out of the main tube so it doesn't rust as I suspect it isn't painted in there. Overall a great rack esp for the price I paid.

Ángela Ángela : Me gustó que ahora solo cargo un poco mi bicicleta, para colocarla en el soporte, esto es facil de hacer, cómo es bicicleta de mujer, compré una extensión que le coloqué a la bicicleta, para poderla transportar con ayuda de este excelente soporte.
El soporte está preparado para transportar 2 bicicletas, aunque yo solo lo he utilizado para una.
Algo que no pude hacer fue instalarlo, porque no tenía las herramientas necesarias, esperé a que mis hijos lo instalaran.

B: I wanted to wait until I had to use this a few times before I pass judgment, but I have to say wow
I found it simple to put together the rack looks to be well made, I have a Ford Escape that I've had to take it off and put on different times for road trips and I found it quite easy to put on and remove and I love that it has a lever that you can lower the bar so you can still open up the hatch without having to affect anything. Just the way the bikes hang they do bounce a little bit but I found no reason to be concerned about them tied to the back. I have also taken it off roading with quite rough roads and have held up really well.

Mario: First, I WAS VERY UPSET the UPS did NOT notify me it was delivered. I waited and waited and days lat er I saw the package sitting on the floor of my mail box of my aprment complex. The previous items I ordreed was great. Amazon needs to pay attention to this. One deliver guy even took a picture when he dropped it at my door, not this time!

The rack... Easy to assemble and looks sporty. Love it. I suggest you put a chain for reinforcement to protect your bike as its only has velcro straps but not a deal breaker. For the price its worth working with it. This was at first funky when it wobbled but somewhere I read that if you buy a U bolt with the bent plate you fix the whole problem. I went to Home Depot and found one in the Electrical Dep for $5.00. you set the plate to grasp your outer hitch area and then you tighten both screws (faceing down) and worked perfect, no wobbling and the whole rack began rigid and solid, safe to go anywhere. I am on a limited income so I needed something very innexpensive instead of a fancy brand name to show off or get it stolen but this does the job perfectly well. Its only me anyhow with my mountain bike but it can hold...
