Knucklehead Smith: It's not that you have to assemble the unit, it's the nuts and bolts that you supplied to bolt the crossmembers to the main shaft are crap. Both of the nuts stripped out trying to tighten the crossmember where it wouldn't rattle. Had to go get Grade 8 nuts and bolts in order to tighten down the two pieces so as not to allow them rattling...REALLY???
