Juray: I now know due to certain shipping restrictions, the bottle it comes in can either be the full gallon, or come in 4 different bottles totaling 1 gallon. i didn't realize this when i ordered it and it was in the fine print. it would be great if the pictures actually showed 4 bottles to make it easier for the shopper to understand. I felt a bit mislead but the product cleans very well. It does what its supposed to.
