Emilie Virgilio: I wanted simple, yet effective book ends and these work very well! I'm able to use for my sturdier cookbooks as well as standard hardcover & paperback books. I wouldn't recommend for heavy duty book or textbooks.

D. Lee: Heavy duty bookends does a great job keeping heavy D-Ring binders storing magnetic sheets and metal dies in place. No more pulling out a binder and having all the folders slide and lean against each other.

I've always had bad luck with this type of bookend, but the large ones are great. Very sturdy and inconspicuous. You can barely notice them once the books are in. 10/10 would buy again.

guest: This is my third time ordering some iteration of these bookends. I have both the large size (for regular books/novels) and the extra large size (for textbooks). They seem sturdy and are holding up my books, so they're doing their job. Knocked a star off because in my most recent order, I purchased 8 PAIRS (16 pieces total) and only received 4 PAIRS (8 pieces total).
