Amazon Customer: I am 52 and bought it for myself. I work out with other women and instead of using a yoga mat, I purchased this. I am unable to do sit-ups and roll on my back on a hard floor. This Mat is perfect. Another woman bought the same one!
I would recommend keeping the box for storage for when you are finished using it for awhile! It will stay clean and not damaged!
