KB: This book tells you exactly how to achieve what the title says. It starts by introducing how the book came into existence then it gives a topic for each section about a problem people often face. Then a couple of chapters each section that gives one principle each. After the giving advice, he just talks about how it can be applied and examples for the rest of the chapter.
