cmolle: I cut it to size and used scotch tape to adhere to the backside of my 55g. Wish the blue was a bit brighter. But overall I like it.

Reosmom: The background seems sturdy and arrived in good condition. I've unrolled it to check it out and see no problems with it. It is a gift for my grandson. We've bought a tank set up for him and will set it up after Christmas for him, so I can't give any more information about installation or how well it lasts. I would think from the appearance that it will do well.

AVA: La cara azul queda perfecta simplemente fijada con fixo en los lados, da sensación de profundidad y resalta los colores de las plantas y los peces. No me gusta adherida con gel o aceite al cristal, pues ya cambia completamente el efecto y el color, siendo excesivamente llamativo y perdiendo la sensación de profundidad.

Cat A: Love it, looks great with my aquarium. I had a pre-existing setup with fish, so had to remove all the tubing from behind, which I cleaned anyway, then found it easier to put the liquid on the back of the background and gradually add a section of it with a squidgy. I have a 6 foot tank, so had to purchase more then one and cut it. I found painters tape helped at the back for hold it together and still works well. just put a little more than enough liquid to squidgy out the bubbles.

Sophie: After reading some of the reviews, I purchased the Marina Clear View Background Solution before attempting to apply this background to my aquarium. As it turned out, I decided to just tape it on. Since my aquarium is already set up and about 5 inches from the wall, I felt that trying to apply the background with sticky stuff all over it would be too difficult without making a mess on my wall and on myself. I had to cut the background to fit my 29 gallon tank. I used clear shipping tape, carefully applying it to barely cover the glass. Good thing no one can see the back of the tank. The background is sturdy enough that it didn't slip around much (I used the filter as an anchor). It did not crease. I am using the blue side and it looks great; much better than my tan wall.

SoniaSonia: No complaints, does what it's suppose to. I use the black side, used tape to hold it.
I havent tried blue side yet but its perfect for my 20 gallon tank.

EDIT:
I purchased another background recently because I bought another tank. I have a 30 gallon and it fit on it and I actually had to cut some off. I bought the 18 x 36. Says it fits up to 45 gallon tanks on package.
I used scotch tape to hold it to aquarium.
The only complaint I have is the background had dents in it all throughout it. Soon as I unrolled it I noticed them all and it's really not a big deal unless you really stare at it.. I included pictures of my new background & it on my tank.

Peter Hing: Loved the two pictures but we choice the green scene to make it more realistic for my African cichlids.
I have a 55/60 gallon tank that is just under 2 feet tall and 4 feet long and this fit perfect! I had to use some double sided tape to help stick it to my tank which was not a major deal but would have been nice to have included.
Finally, I should have ordered 2 as my 75 gallon tank is the same length and just a bit taller at 2 feet exactly and this would have fit nicely with the blue rock floor scene. Unfortunately, I can not find another one on Amazon yet.
