Shaman34: This is the best deal on the market I could find. I use only 1-2 small scoops most days sprinkled over meals. Hemp hearts go with most meals in my opinion, highly versatile. I stopped using them in my protein shakes bc they spray onto the sides too much, but you can put it on top after the smoothie is done also.
I love these with coconut yogurt with pomegranate seeds, dark chocolate, chia seeds, pecans, & coconut flakes. Best healthy desert like meal. Also, my research said that non-organic hemp hearts are about as healthy and lower in pesticide residue as organic b/c hemp is a strong/resistant crop that doesn't need many pesticides used. I heard hemp hearts are good fiber source ,these only have 1g on label, but hemp hearts are a very nutritious source. The omegas & protein are ample. I highly recommend these. This is the only brand I've ever bought.
