Setting aside the poor choice of shipping container, because I can’t fault the noodles for that, these are still dreadful. It’s like the dark days of gluten free. Cooked them twice as long as instructed and they were both mushy AND hard in the middle at the same time. They were flavorless as well. The company should be embarrassed to sell them.

I like the taste of these but like a lot of gluten-free foods it takes longer to cook than the instructions say. They were more like regular noodles than some products I've tried. The noodles were broken into small pieces and I don't know if that was a packaging flaw or they just come like that. I'm not sure if I would buy again. I have mixed feelings about them.

I am sending product back as it was mailed in a plastic wrap instsead of a box and everything is crushed to crumbs. I will reorder if this item can be mailed in a box so it doesn't get crushed.
