Roc: The wristband was of mediocre quality and, frankly, looked like a dollar store item. As I was giving the wristband as a gift, the look alone made me go out and buy something else for the person The magnets are sufficient for their purpose (loose screws and such) but were not especially powerful. The magnetized wristband is an excellent concept I just wish that it had looked to be of better quality.

Carolyn Greenwood: I'm a woodworking hobbyist so I thought this would help with losing nails all the time. It does work and is somewhat helpful, however, it really adds heat to your arm in the warmer weather so keep that in mind if you work outside in the heat a lot. That may not be an issue for some people though.

It's very durable and quality made as far as I can tell. The magnet held several nails while I was working so it is useful but sometimes it's easier to grab them from my pocket still if I have a bunch.

Spunn4life: Here's the hoe down! Wanted something that works and not just look pretty so I put it through the paces. Don't have time to sit and place screws neatly on it so I threw a handful of drywall screws on it and gave my arm a good shake until all the loose screws fell off. Ended up with approx. 20 screws that were securely attached. Note: the screws become magnetically attached to each other so all do not have to be touching the band. Also I placed the band with 3 1/2" spikes attached on the same arm as I hammer with. I then started to drive in a nail ... amazingly all spikes stayed in place with all that pounding, I tested that because its easier to grab nails with the hammer free hand. However these do have to be placed right on the band for the required strength. I had 8 attached with no issues. It has a nice ajustable strap for any size wrist. I also tested it on top of my winter coat. I did get it on ok but if you have a large heavy material work coat you may not be able to. It also gave my wrist support while hammering as I tighted it up fairly snug. Overall a decent band, decent price and does the job I require it for.

Philais: I've given this magnet wristband a try for a few tasks around the house and here are my first impressions

The band is made of some very nice industrial grade nylon webbing. The edges are finished off and are very nice looking. The inside is padded and has some nice ventilation.

I have very small wrists (6" circumference) and I can get this to fit very snuggly. The band looks like it can get pretty big too.

Pros: very comfortable, looks good, holds things with a good magnetic pull, broad range of sizes that can fit very small wrist sizes up to quite large (I don't think it will be a problem for bigger arms)

Cons: not very many magnetic fields (only 2 pockets with magnets in them) I stuck some more magnets inside a pouch inside my work bag for more magnetic storage.

I've only worn it for about 30 minutes. It can get a little warm and sweaty if you're working hard.

Gway: I just received this and I like it better than another one I have because this one appeared to have flat surfaced magnets offering a larger area for holding parts. The other one I have uses magnetic rods which I don't feel is as good for my preference. This one feels like it has slightly stronger holding power than the one with rod which should mean less dropping of items if they're a bit too heavy for the other one. I think I'll be happy with this product but will need to withhold full judgment until I've used it for some time. I think I'd like it more and would've given it 5 stars if there was a 3rd magnet the same size as they are now to provide a larger holding area for parts. I like the fact the wristband is red instead of black like my other one for easier visual locating in my van or on the worksite. I'd thought I had lost my first one on a jobsite but found it still on my tool pouch strap I carry, it had slid to the end of the shoulder strap and blended in as they are both black in color.

One reason I ordered this was based on the fact it was VERY CLEARLY stated a savings of $9.19 (a savings of 46%) with FREE shipping. However, the seller did me charge shipping....
