OutlawOutlaw: I absolutely love this bag. I've only had it a week, but it's already been so useful! I hope it stands the test of time, but so far so good. It also comes in a spacious zippered bag (see last photo) that you can use to store other items (extra pens, highlighters, etc.). I keep that bag in my large work bag.

MODIFICATIONS:
I removed the leftmost seam on the lowest level mesh pocket to better fit the large alcohol prep pads that we use & I switched out the 2 black metal clips for 1 smaller one I already had.

Lori Weir: I am really enjoying my nursing fanny pack which I have had for 2 weeks now. One of my colleagues had one similar and thought I am new to the unit I could definitely use something of the sort. No more running around trying to access the small things that are right at my fingertips during my 12 hr shift now. I really like the fact I can slide this pouch to the side of me so it's not getting in the way while I am helping my patients and thus not getting soiled. at all. It even has lots of pockets to store things. Even one of the Dr.'s commented that a carpenter needs a tool belt and it makes sense that a nurse needs one at her side as well. I was pleased to hear confirmation of my purchase and wish I had of purchased one sooner in my career.
