TRXFord: Where have you been all my life?
The Good:
It shipped fast and looks great.
Lots of pockets, differently-sized like I need them.
Magnets make this rig awesome and it's not heavy at all. No more picking screws or bits up out of the gravel when I dump a pouch.
Harness came with it and it makes a huge difference, though some reviewers said they didn't get it.
No more droopy drawers with a heavy belt pulling my pants off and untucking my shirt.
Awesome Velcro and overlapping double prong belt at waist never comes loose but is easy to adjust.
The Not-So-Good:
Harness magnet not very strong so don't count on stuff, even small stuff staying stuck there.
Screwdriver sized holders don't keep them in place. They turn to the side when I move around.
That part took some getting used to and it's more of a deal bender than a breaker.
The magnets, harness and pockets are perfect and it doesn't cost a lot.
You'll be glad you got one. I am.

JilliBean: Can't even say how much my brother loved this! My husband and I got this belt for him as a Christmas gift and he about pooped his pants. He seriously flipped, he loves it! Everything about it is awesome, the bags are spacious, the magnetic pads are ingenious, the straps are thick and extremely well stitched, and just about everything is adjustable. The shoulder straps connect to the bags so they're actually the load-bearing part and won't pull on and damage the belt. The cross chest clip is nice in helping to keep it from coming off your shoulders. He's a pretty thin guy, 6'4" with a long torso and it fits him pretty well. The waist strap didn't cinch up small enough for his little waist (he wears a 30 or 32 waist in jeans), but he'll be able to punch a few new holes and it will fit beautifully. I told him he just needs a beer belly. But hey! To each their own ; )

Dragon: I've been a DIY guy around our house for the last few years (since we stopped renting apartments) but when I knocked a caulk gun off a ladder step and it fell 40 feet onto concrete, I decided it was time for a tool belt. Unfortunately most tool belts don't have really good places to put a caulk gun (at least as far as I can tell from online pics), but I can actually get the caulk gun into the hammer-holding ring of this belt. I do wish the ring were slightly larger or round instead of angular because it's a bit fiddly to get the flat front of the gun past the edges of the ring, but once it's started it slides in easily.
My biggest complaint is the same as another reviewer - at 5'10" and 215lbs the suspenders won't adjust short enough to hold the belt at my waist. However, the suspenders can easily be completely removed and you can even remove or rearrange the 4 sets of pouches on the belt for smaller projects. Note that two of the suspender grommets are on tabs extending from the two big sets of pockets so if you remove either of those, you can't use the suspenders.
The suspenders have nice padding below the red section so to make them more adjustable they would have...
