Magnetic Foam Building Blocks STEM Preschool Toys for Babies - Blockaroo

Pädagogik: Wir haben das Blockaroo-Set mit 50 Teilen sowie das Rennauto-Set für Kinder von 3-5 J angeschafft. Die Kinder waren sofort begeistert und spielten sehr kreativ mit den weichen Bausteinen. Ob Hubschrauber , Rennauto, Kran etc.- mit den beiden Sets für einen Preis von über 200€ ist einiges machbar. Doch hier ist auch der Haken- leider viel zu wenig Bausteine für einen extrem hohen Preis! Um wirklich ausdauernd bauen zu können, benötigt man noch mehr Bausteine, vor allem größere. Die Sets enthalten sehr viele kleine Teile, die nur eine Magnetseite haben und somit nicht darüber hinaus in Kreationen integriert werden können.
Den Kindern gefallen die Klickgeräusche, wenn Magnete aneinander haften.

Für Kleinkinder würde ich dennoch keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Erstens hinterlässt das weiche Material Kauspuren, zweitens wäre es mir mit den kleinen Magneten zu gefährlich. In meinen Augen ist es nicht ausgeschlossen, dass hier Magnete herausbrechen können, da sie leicht auf der Lochöffnung aufliegen. Für größere Kinder sind die Möglichkeiten aufgrund der wenigen Teile sowie deren Magnetanbringungen schnell erschöpft.
Insgesamt eine schöne Idee- jedoch...

butter: We already had some smaller sets of Blockaroo so I knew I liked them! Having more to build things re-inspired my almost 4 year olds! We love how they connect and like the clicking sound as you turn them. My boys use their imaginations to make all sorts of things. Younger children like them as well, I just have to watch the 1 1/2 year old because she will try to chew on them. I can not leave her unsupervised with them even for a minute but she loves them when I let her play with them (and I am sitting with her). Expensive but a great toy to encourage imaginations!

John Winters: We had purchased this product as a gift. The box arrived with no transport wrapping, so all of the Amazon stickers and postage labels were fixed directly to the box. Now it looks a bit tatty as a gift. Other than that, no problems.

He immediately started making some of the critters, submarine etc that were in the pictures on the smaller kits but he was soon building other things I.e. caterpillar, Godzilla on his own. After he built a boat he went into the tub for a bubble bath, played with his boat which floated then he permitted me to wash his hair also. He had so much fun for hours on end that I’ve ordered another 100 piece set because he wants to build a castle.

Stephanie TStephanie T: This is a really great product, I got it for my 2 year old and he loves to build little sculptures with it, as does my 5 year old. It’s just that the storage chest it comes in isn’t quite big enough. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

So it seems that when they package these things in the chest they do it in such a way that they all fit perfectly. The only problem is good luck in trying to ever do that again.. I understand that they were probably trying to make it as small as possible to save on cost but failed to account for the fact that when parents tell their kids to clean up their toys that they are just gonna throw them in the chest without trying to play Tetris and make all the blocks fit as perfectly as possible. I think they would have benefitted by making the chest larger so it is more ‘throw in friendly’ the box itself is pretty sturdy, more so than I thought it would be, it is made out of a thick cardboard material and it pretty strong in all honesty that’s why I was disappointed at the size of it since I will have to buy an additional container to store them in so the lid will close.

I would recommend it because it is a lot...
