Emily N.: Been using this for awhile now, works well. We leave it at the upper corner of tank, ready to use for touch ups or full front glass cleaning.
It's small, so if we had I bigger tank (ours is 5 gallons) it may be tedious to use this to clean a larger area/tank.

CB: This ingenious device has been a marvel for aquarium keepers novice or professional alike. Upon. Opening the box I was surprised by the simplicity of the packaging. It demanded respect, and it got it. A single tear rippled down my left cheek as I began to boil some water to ensure it was sterile for my fish, Ned Flounders.
As I placed the little scrubbing device gently into the tank making sure to publicly humiliate my amano shrimps and nerite snail for being such poor house keepers, I heard the heavens open outside. As I used the magnet to glide this small scrubbing Titan across the algae insulted waters it simply disappeared... Gone. Deep back into the hells it originated from. I wept, my wife instantly cheered in excitement. My brow dripped with sweat, and yet my hands remained dry... My tank clean once again... Would recommend to anyone with a failing marriage.

EE: I was looking for a small magnetic scrubber and this is exactly the size I was hoping for. The glass on my nano reef is quite thick though, almost 1cm, I think 8-9mm. It’s the same thickness as much larger custom tanks.

I was worried about the magnets working on it. This magnet *just* holds on my tank- it will have no problem on regular nano tanks. Despite claims, I am skeptical that it would work well past 10mm. I have to move it slower than normal on mine, and there is not a lot of pressure, but it works to remove the thin film that builds up in a marine tank after a week or so.

I have only used it once, so I cannot speak to its longevity. I usually leave my scrubbers in my tanks, but I removed this one and rinsed it in fresh water, leaving it apart to air dry, hoping that will help.
