Dancingwater: I would buy a barrel of this if I could. Everyone loves this Thai product. We make our own Thai dishes, so this is a basic requirement. It's a great dipping sauce for all kinds of foods, including egg-rolls, dim sum, Korean dumplings, chicken wings, and to add to all sorts of sauces and condiments. Versatile, in general. I add it to a black vinegar, Tamari, ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, shallot, Thai curry, and lemon grass sauce I make. It enhances many flavors and flavor combinations as well as standing alone.
