Auncle Jay: Amazing flavor. Great value for the price. I especially love to add this to chicken flavored ramen. It reminds me of higher quality ramen noodle packets that are made in Korea. I have been searching for a while to find the perfect sauce that reminds me of the Asian brands I love so much. This really hits the spot. The bottle is also easy to use. It's a decent size. I will be ordering it again. It is sweet. It is not terribly spicy. This is great because Even though I prefer things spicy, I can add spice in addition to this to make my meals more customizable. I can add however much heat that I want at the time. Adding heat separately also allows me to create a meal for multiple people with each person adding heat to their own tastes.

J: I really like this sauce. I've ordered this multiple times.
It differs from authentic gochujang sauce in a few ways. It's less spicy. It's sweeter. The consistency is different. (Authentic gochujang is more like a paste; it holds a peak. This sauce isn't watery or runny, but it has a flow to it.)
You can use this as a dipping sauce, a marinade for meats and vegetables. Dilute it and make a salad dressing. Drizzle over rice, add meat/vegetables/???, and wrap with dried seaweed to make your custom 'NORIMAKI.' Use your imagination.
Is it too spicy? No, it's not stupid spicy. This won't be a test of your "manliness." Most people who like spicy foods should be fine with this. Even people who are somewhat heat intolerant shouldn't find this overwhelming.
Don't get me wrong, it is spicy. It's a level that's reasonable and palatable to most people. It won't burn your mouth, but don't let that lull you into thinking that there are no consequences.
If you consume too much in a sitting, it churns in your stomach and can cause some discomfort and upset as it marches down your digestive tract. Just depends on your level of tolerance to spicy foods. Eat and...

Gregory A. Corson: This is a really nice sweet hot sauce with a lot of flavor. I have been using it on a lot of different stuff since getting it and really love it. It works well on most sandwiches, on your morning eggs, as a burger topping and on steaks.
Since it is a sweet sauce you need to be a bit more careful not to burn it so if you are cooking in a really hot pan you might want to put it in near the end. For a burger I usually cook one side, flip it and put the sauce on top while the other side cooks, then lay a nice slice of cheese on top. Makes for a really different tasting burger!
By the way, when I say sweet I'm not talking super sweet. I would say this is less sweet than most BBQ sauces but a bit more sweet than ketchup.
