Peter: I bought this Chili Crunch "Hot" but was sent the "original", so I contact the Seller and her immediate response was "Sorry for our overlook mistake. We will send you the "Hot" version tomorrow and you don't have to return the other Chili. Happy New Year!" and she did send it out with 3 day priority mail and I received the new one promptly. Now, to the more important stuff, both versions taste amazing. At first look the chili crunch seem expensive but I find out you only need half a teaspoon for most dishes to enhance and transform their taste. It's garlicky and not too hot. I've tried it on many kinds of food from noodles (both soup or stir fried), all kinds of meat: beef, chicken, pork, lamb, fishes, rice dishes, pizza. I now use it in almost every meal and it has a spot on my dining table so I don't have to fetch it every time we eat. Whichever food is a little plain or you just want to increase its taste or flavor, you can hardly go wrong with it. So, a small jar of chili crunch can really enhance or transform HUNDREDS courses of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
