Roy Fisher: This went on our front storm door to protect the screen and/or glass from our dog. Easy to install, very solid construction and our dog can see through it. Good product.

princess: This is my second grille. It now sits above the first I purchased since the puppy got bigger! Working on having him bark when he is ready to come in, but his puppyness keeps telling him to jump on the door and tear at the screen by accident with his nails. It is a process! LOL Anyway, they have saved my screen from being ripped to shreds and is not an eyesore to look at. They seemed a little expensive to me, but in the long run is worth it. They are not cheap plastic, they are durable metal. I would recommend.

SammyDSammyD: This item fit my screen door perfectly, and it’s just enough of a deterrent to stop my two big dumb dogs from blasting right through the screen door every time they see a real or imagined squirrel.

MB: I have ordered three of these for different types of patio doors and it fit all of them. Works great for protecting the the screens when you have pets or children. I would recommend this product.

mareofnight: This seems sturdy. It fit my door just barely, despite measuring. However, the side gaps are indeed large enough for a cat to get through. I think I can easily add another vertical bar to help with that, but that should have been included really.
