Moreno: Muy silencioso enfría bien proporciona el confort que esperábamos, en mi casa que está en el semi desierto de Querétaro México , compré siete tres de bajo perfil y cuatro con barra de extension, todos con control a distancia , funcionan bien , los puse a la altura recomendada, muy silenciosos en cada una de sus tres velocidades, en algunos de ellos hubo necesidad de eliminar el Bamboleo sobre todo con los de barra de extensión " down rod" hay que tener paciencia para equilibrarlos con los contrapesos que proporcionan para ello y que vienen en la caja , no los deshecges , guarda los que te sobren, recomendaría que nos compartieron en el manual del usuario más información de cómo para corregir eficientemente el desbalancei que origina el Bamboleo del ventilador. Se ven muy bien van de acuerdo a la decoracion de k casa.

ROK: The step by step instructions were a problem. The canopy Trim Ring was snapped into the top Housing, instead of being shipped as a separate piece.The picture instructions show it as an individual item.
I thought I was missing a piece and looked high and low for it. I finally took a chance and pulled the piece apart. It rests loose on the top housing until the last steps....you then push it up to the ceiling and it snaps on.
One hint for the home body to install...When you install the blades there are three screws required per blade. The holes are hard to see to line up. Take a narrow screw driver and put it in hole three while you're inserting the screw in one of the other holes. Works like a charm to line it up.

P. Kennan: I bought 3 to upgrade all of our house fans. These are great, solidly built, modern looking, and run very smoothly. All fans are a pain to install hence the 4/5 for installation.

SergeSerge: Installé dans un solarium. Bien que vendu pour des pièces avec des plafond bas (même si cette pièce ait un peu plus de 8 pi de hauteur) il serait préférable que le ventilateur soit un peu moins haut. Très beau look. À l'inverse la télécommande est d'une couleur horrible. L'assemblage est moyennement complexe, composé de nombreuses étapes. Des pièces sont restantes, inutilisées.

Défaut majeur, toute la documentation est livrée en espagnol et en anglais. Clairement ce produit est destiné au marché étranger.

wr: Completely misleading. I'm really upset with myself for making this purchase and throwing away the packaging. It's not the kind of thing that's easy to return, so I'm out a lot of money. Nobody even wants to buy this on Facebook for $75. There is no light.. that smooth surface at the bottom is flat metal. The remote pictured has a button for turning the light on and off, but there is no light. Product description says "Includes Fan/Light Universal Handheld Remote Control". At the time of purchase, the technical details even listed the wattage of the non-existent lights, but it seems they fixed that. Additionally, the motor has a very irritating electrical hum. The ancient (and cheap) fan I was replacing had a quieter motor and was more powerful. The first setting is worthless, and the highest setting still doesn't do what one would expect from even a low end ceiling fan. It has a beautiful design and low profile, but other than that I am upset with myself wasting my time with this and having had the confidence in the Hunter name to discard the packaging (disassembly and repackaging would have been a nightmare anyway).
