Pierre: Sa fait plusieurs mois que je l'ai.... Support technique n'est pas trop là pour mettre les cartes a jour et depuis 2 mois a chaque fois que je leur écris mes emails me revienne .... Bon je suppose qu'il mon bloqué. Je leur avais demandé de mettre mes cartes a jour et a chaque fois il me répondait d'attendre le mois prochain... Donc je conseille le gps car il n'est pas dispendieux mais oublié les mises à jour c'est une arnaque.

Robert: Tried using it to travel from Ontario, Canada to Florida… ended up using our cell phone. Kept on giving us detours, not accurate with time, distances, not giving us proper routes….. Not at all user friendly. We had friends help us without success. We would plan a route, looked okay then was giving us other directions. I’m currently in the States and would return it, but the box is home…

Vitalii: From my little experience....why does this gadget not show me the way to the Ambassador Bridge (Detroit–Windsor)? Why did this device take me to the ferry when I set "roads without ferries" in the settings? If anyone has an answer, I would be happy. If it can't be fixed, then it's best not to use it at all, as it can lead to big trouble.

Patrick Hatt: Bought for use in semi for OTR job. Quirky user interface makes using options difficult. Time display does not stay set so you constantly have wrong arrival time displayed which also determines night day backlight
