Lesley H. BrownLesley H. Brown: I use this in a cajun one pot pasta I do up. LOVE the flavor and punch it packs. I use a few more spices because I like things very spicy, but it's a great starting point or all by itself. Just ordered the SPICIER version and can't wait to try it.
Definitely recommend. Although I can't attest to the authenticity of it for someone whose looking for a true cajun flavor.

mmorris: Love both mixes. Ordered this a little while ago and have used both mixes on meat, fish and veggies and even in my soups and sauces. Adds a great flavorful kick. We leave both out along with salt and pepper for individual taste levels at the table. The Slap Ya Mama mix especially is a real hit with my son who loves additional heat on almost any dish.
