Dave: This stuff tastes delicious. If I could ask for one thing, it would be for better instructions regarding how much to use in how much water, it gives you recommended amounts based upon how many pounds of seafood you are cooking, but doesn't mention other things (like potatoes and corn and sausage), and I feel like the volume of water is pretty important, too. Anyway, I am also not an experienced crawfish-boil person. But this made for a tasty somewhat spicy meal one night while camping.

Vini: One word: SPICY! What I like about this product is that you can manage how spicy you’ll make your seafood. Make sure to read the back if the pack in careful detail. You only need to sprinkle a little bit of it in the pot (or pan) to give it a “kick”. If you pour half the pack, or worse, the whole thing, you’re going to make the food VERY spicy.
