Logitech MX Anywhere 3 - Compact Wireless Mouse for Improved Productivity

JshopJshop: Although it came opened and looks used, I wiped it down and haven't seen wear and tear, so I think I'll just keep it. It took some time to connect via bluetooth needs to be charged. The size is just right for small to medium hands. I prefer smaller mouses so this one's perfect. Sensitivity is just right for daily office work and browsing. I can't comment for gaming though. Hopefully this will have long lifespan just like my other Logitech mouses! Will continue to update down the road..

Amazon Customer: Upgraded from a Logitech M325. I thought the mouse wheel was a gimmick but oooh boy its great. I might be crazy but bluetooth seems to be a bit laggier than the dongle. Too bad, it's kind of annoying to have to sacrifice a usb port. Still worth it though.

Steven S. Billings: I have used a Logitech Anywhere Mouse now for several of its generations, beginning with the original. (They are all still functioning perfectly, but I needed a replacement because I gave one away.) This 3S is simply amazing. It's lightweight, the movement is smooth as silk, the scrolling is quick, but controlled. I wouldn't have thought they could improve on what was already a stellar piece of tech, but they did. Nor would I have believed that a mouse could make me this happy, but there it is; I am overjoyed!

Justin H: 11/09/23: I've decided to return all four 3Smice. The Logi Options+ update that was pushed ruined the mousing experience. My old 2S mice out performs these mice now and the only difference is the click and the charging, micro vs. usb. I can live with the click to have the smooth scrolling back. Before that update this was a golden mouse for me. Now I'm simply disgusted. My two bolt usb receivers arrive Saturday so I'll give support a chance to show me how good the mouse can be again. That said, he was even confused why the Logi Options+ software wasn't working right when the Logi Options regular had worked perfectly. Anyway, I'm done here. Good luck all.

11/08/23: After my support conversation yesterday, today I tested all of the mice. Out of the four one worked to my satisfaction, one had a scroll wheel clutch issue, and two, based on the serial numbers were out of warranty. The two that were out of warranty worked but I'm not taking any chances. Also, the update to the Logi Options software, Logi Options+ has lost the ability to change settings when using windoze 10 22H2. The original worked better but it had to be updated so now settings can't be changed. 🙄 Still love...

Amazon Customer: This mouse is great to use, very ergonomic and compact which makes it great to carry for school and work. My only gripe is that it doesn't have the side button to switch programs on my computer like the mx master but that's the only downside! Great mouse if you need something on the go but want the mx master mouse feel and quality

RT: My wife and I both have average sized hands (I wear small sized gloves and she wears medium) so this mouse is one of the most comfortable ones we've tested over the years (we've been using this similar model for the last 3 generations). Scroll wheel is very smooth and accuracy is excellent. Highly customizable buttons as well even on a mac. Good battery life as well with USB-C charging. Only small problem is that I find the 2 thumb buttons a bit too far back of the mouse, whereas the older models the buttons were a bit more forward and right where my thumb would be.

Nathaniel: Lengthy Review Ahead!

I utilize 3 different workstations as I work from home and am also a gamer. This mouse has been a godsend to be honest as I used to have to use 2 mouses on my desk to get around which wasn't bad but was an eye sore on my desk, I'm a minimalist. The mouse is on the smaller end but still comfortable enough to use. I would not recommend this for gaming as the DPI isn't all that amazing but if you're only doing administrative work then this is an amazing mouse. I still use my Logitech G Pro for gaming and this one for administrative work.

The set up for the mouse is a little tricky if you're not paying attention to what Wi-Fi your stations are utilizing as they need to be on the same bandwidth in order for this mouse to correctly assimilate itself and if you're not paying attention to what channel your mouse is on during setup it can throw you for a loop as there are 3 channels. There are two different software's that can be used with this mouse that allow full integration between computers using the Flow option, I recommend utilizing Logi Options + as that is the upgraded version and allows for more command management on the mouse buttons...

Richie RichRichie Rich: The Logitech MX Anywhere 3 has a great build quality with a nice off-white finish on top with silver bottom and top accent. It matches perfectly with the Logitech MX Keys Mini in grey. The sides are covered in a soft touch, rubberized coating that makes it comfortable and easy to grip. The size of the mouse means you will be holding the mouse with claw grip, unless you have smaller hands. The mouse does look and feel premium.

The mouse glides smoothly on all surfaces I tested, including wood, cloth desk pad and a PU leather desk pad. There are 4 Teflon pads on each corner. Pairing the mouse is straightforward and you have the ability to pair and switch between 3 devices via Bluetooth. However, a USB transceiver is also included if your device doesn't have Bluetooth. Only thing I didn't like about this multi-device capability is the button to switch between devices is on the bottom of mouse. This is not as convenient as the Logitech M720 Triathlon mouse which can switch between 3 devices with button on top left of mouse, or the Logitech M585/M590 which can switch between 2 devices on top. I wish Logitech would add this switch button on the top of mouse, instead of the Wheel...

RalphaelRalphael: update: after a year usage my mx anywhere 3 compact mouse has a double click problem where everywhere that you click on clicks multiple times thus you cannot drag anything and closing a tab will close multiple tabs and so on. Drove me nuts and I thought it might have been a driver update or Mac OS update but it turned out to be a hardware problem as I bought another MX Anywhere 3 mouse today and all problems solved. I will still give this mouse a 5 star but I'll have to find out where to get this mouse replaced. Yup first world mouse problems. Otherwise great mouse after getting use to it. I use it on my gaming pc too along with 2 MacBooks with unifying receiver to ensure maximum resolution movements.
update: so it was so hard to change over from my Apple Magic Mouse over to this MX Anywhere mouse BUT because I had multiple MacBooks to control, I had to try AND here is the verdict. IT DOESNT need a mouse pad to work! I found that my desktop works much better without that erratic mouse pointer jumping when I was using the metal mouse pad. The bluetooth operates a little further than the Magic Mouse so it was a bit more responsive at longer distance. charging with a battery pack...
