It is good, not a big rush of flavor anyway, but crispy all throughout, just creamy enough and fulfilling although only in a supplementing way. Or perhaps if you just need a little energy for a test or something. Easy to take.
Should be sold by the BOX that could have like 4 of these honestly not too big cases. By size a case is what this is (12count) I know I would buy lots!
