JS: A family member cannot eat soy, which is an ingredient in most chocolate products. I use these cocoa butter nibs with cocoa powder and sweetener to make my own chocolate. Texture and flavor comes out acceptable for my needs.

Dorian K: Convenient wafer size, melts easily in the microwave, use it for making my own sugar-free chocolate that I use for baking (for Munching sometimes). Use the same company for their powdered cacao, also great. Use Allulose as the sweetener.
