Kade: Not too firm and not TOO soft, would make an excellent mattress topper. I've used mine for costume design- it's not hard enough to carve details out of, but makes a good comfy base for fursuit heads or feet. Can be cut through with basic scissors.

Patricia Reistad: This product arrived on time, I left it out for the recommended time to fully expand to the 3” thickness. Worked perfectly for my application, replacing back pillows for more support and seat space on my sectional sofa. The original pillows were overstuffed and only 18” high, not too comfortable when sitting on the sofa. Now there is 24” of back support to lean against. Awesome!

I highly recommend the 3” LINENSPA High Upholstery Foam-35 Density Cushion .. AAA+++ my couch is super comfy again!!! My kitty Wall-E Approves!!!

JayJay: I got this foam for my first attempt at making a fursuit, and so far it seems to be working well for the purpose! It was easy to cut into shapes, and simple enough to put together with hot glue (and thread to smooth out connections). I still need to cover it in felt for the final design, but this was a great base to use!
I will say that since I made the head, the foam has changed from white to a kind of pale yellow color, but I think that may just be a general thing that happens over time.
I also used some of the leftover padding for my portable AC, since it needed a strip of padding to stay in the window, and that's been working wonders. I was originally worried about mold/bugs since it was in the window, but it's been there a few months now and seems good!
Overall, I think this is pretty good and well worth the price
