Bree: I bought this on a whim when placing a grocery order and OMG am I glad I did. Best batch of ribs I've had in a while. It definitely has that Carolina kick of vinegar which I love but it's not a bottle of sugar like most sauces are nowadays. This is darn good sauce! Will definitely be buying again!!

I’m also a line chef of 13 years experience. My job and my passion is to enjoy new food and new flavors. I absolutely blown away with “white” Souther BBQ sauce and this one in particular. I will definitely keep this on hand in my pantry.

Justin G: So I probably should have read the literature and label on the bottle a little closer because what I thought I was purchasing was not it. If you're looking for Eastern North Carolina BBQ sauce (the truly vinegar based sauce), like I was, this is not it. You're looking for Lillie's Q ENC Barbeque Sauce, instead. However, if you're looking for a more keto friendly version of Heinz 57 sauce, you've found it. As far as the flavor is concerned, I thought it was pretty good. For that reason alone, I certainly do not regret buying the wrong sauce as I can still use it for BBQ.....and an assortment of other foods. But, again, if you're wanting a more true vinegar based BBQ sauce, try Lillie's ENC sauce. As far as cost/value is concerned, you have to keep in mind that this is a good tasting product that greatly reduces the sugar content compared to mainstream items you find in your local grocery store. Is the price kind of steep? Perhaps. But what are your other similar options that are decently edible?

Queensland Quintessentials: This isn't my favourite of the Lillie's brand (the Hot & Smokey is), but it's still a good overall sauce for pouring on most things.

Conor Grbevski: I made the mistake of not reading carefully enough, I assumed the Carolina was referring to Carolina Reaper Chilli. So I assumed it was going to have a chilli kick.
The actual product is CAROLINA TOMATOS.
This was my error. Not the supplier 😅
Still a tasty sauce! Recommend it if you like a sweeter sauce.
