Not bad for the price, however mine didn’t come with fasteners ( nuts & screws) were not included in the packaging. Amazon link to product support is a dead end

david alonzo: The media could not be loaded. I have used this about 5 times now and it gets the job done. I do need an insulated glove to grab the handle, but other than that I'm glad I have it.

Buddy Brannan: I'm new to smoking. Well, I'm new to using a smoker, anyway. And while I love the taste of food smoked or grilled over wood or charcoal, which is to say if you're going to use a gas grill, you may as well cook inside, I've always been nervous about setting things on fire. My previous grill was one I loved, as it burned charcoal but had a propane starter, so it was very easy. Don't have that anymore, and so I guess it's time to suck it up and come to grips with my fear. And so I have. While I'm still perfecting the art of getting my charcoal to stay lit, this chimney starter sure makes the job a lot easier. And pouring the lit coals into the smoker's fuel basket is even easy. The handle stays cool, and the extra heat shield is a big help. So yeah, this blind guy and fire in the same place are doing OK. I'd definitely buy again. Understanding that these things probably aren't meant to last forever, I expect I'll buy another one to have around.
