LEZYNE Strip Drive Pro Bike Tail Light - High Visibility Rear Safety Light for Cycling

Tim: Amazon has a lot of rear bicycle lights, most of which are poor to average, this one is different.
I am a regualar cyclist, rain or shine, winter or summer, I cycle.
I was looking for a rear light that I could attach to the seat stays, not the seat post, the reason for this is because when it rains and you have a longer than normal coat on, the coat hangs over the seat and can obscure the light, which is not good on a rainy night.
This fits perfectly to my seat stays (it has the option for angled seat stays or vertical seat posts) and is very bright.
The construction and materials used to make this product well thought out and way above average.

JOJO: The rubber mounting paraphernalia will not last. I noted moderate crack already on it only after a day. I old-ish tech USB charging system is not user friendly with very short cable. I throw that cable away and bought a longer one so I don't have to remove the light every time it needed to charge (considering how fragile the rubber mount). The lights are very good and highly visible. If you are into durability and quality, then I will stay away from this product.

Amazon Customer: I'm a long time KNOG user and after few issues decided to give this one a try, so naturally I'm compering it to the KNOG system.
The mounting band is not as comfortable to mount but look like it holding it sturdy in place and hopefully will be durable
the operating button is easy to access, the light is bright and some of the lighting patterns are very good, some other are pointless, but to be fair it might only be my preferences.
over all the union is a little bulky.
now its a question of durability and that only time can tell...

doctor_speed: This is a nice light. Probably worth the money.

It's SUPER BRIGHT and can be operated in non-flashing mode for situations where you need a solid red light.

Instructions are not clear on battery status lamp location. They are small and on the opposite side from branding labels. Quick press power once to see them light up.

GOOD THINGS-----------------
-Seems to be durable and waterproof
-VERY BRIGHT
-Many modes
-Rechargeable with standard USB
-Narrow
-One button
-While off, you can check battery level with one quick press of power button.
-Recharge plug cap is very solid and not likely to come loose (in rain/mud). This is important because the usb micro is prone to problems if it gets dirty.

BAD THINGS------------
-Still uses old-ish USB-micro which requires figuring out which side to plug it in (usb C seems to be the future) micro usb don't seem to last as long as C, but probably not an issues because the rubber strap will probably fail first. Additionally, the USB cable that came with mine was a short cable, but the attachment of the light to the bicycle seems to favor leaving it on (not necessarily), a short cable may not be...
