Becs: The mats are great and do the job of keeping my dogs off a certain patch of grass that I'm trying to grow back. The metal pins that came with it were pathetic and bent as soon as I tried to insert them into the soil - I ended up using a couple of tent pins. But for that I'd have given 5 stars.

An: I'm trying to deter my cats from jumping on windowsills, climbing into cabinets, and walking on my kitchen counters. I bought this product to help, but it isn't effective for stubborn cats. When I received it, half of the pieces were missing their connector joint. When I tested the pieces that had connectors, I learned that the joints were weak and brittle. My cats eventually learned this, too, and they plow through the barriers now. None of the pieces have broken yet, but I find them separated on the floor every day. For reference, they're placed on my kitchen island about 5 feet tall. The product also doesn't have enough accessories to hold the pieces down (such as tape). It might work for someone else, but not for me and my house.

Le pongo 4 estrellas porque las uniones en algunas piezas venían rotas y por el precio al que las dan esperaría que fueran cuidadosos con esos detalles

Chelsea: I have three guinea pigs and a hamster. After losing my two older dogs, I adopted two cats - knowing it may be a struggle to keep the cats away, but sure I could keep everyone safe.
These are the answer to a struggle I’ve been facing for months - keeping the cats (or rather just the one cat - other one has no interest) away from my small animals. They work like a charm! I like that I can trim them to size so I can cover the whole lid, and I love that I’m able to remove the blanket from the top of my guinea pigs’ cage so they have mice light and better air flow.
Took the cat only once of jumping up there to realize it probably wasn’t a great idea and to stay away (finally!).
My only complaint is the little fasteners break off (some before I even took them out of the box). I just ended up trimming those and using them when I needed just a few more inches.
Overall though - these are great! I’ve already recommended them to several friends with cats who can’t get them to stay off.

Diva At Any Age: These worked GREAT to keep our cats away from the bird feeder (they were eating the birds because they believed that’s what bird feeder meant). I laid them on the ground around the bird feeder on the ground, zip tied sections to the pole, and on a separate bird feeder, screwed them to the ridge of the platform they were jumping up to. And, I laid them in my flower beds they were using for their personal bathroom. It is now just a flower bed again, they have moved to other spots for potty breaks. Definitely not enough of the spikes included, but more can be purchased inexpensively. They are not the cheapest product out there and are small squares. I just purchased a 6.5 foot x 11” roll instead of a different brand so I can cut them to the size I need. So, the concept of these definitely works, just do research for the most economical product if you need a lot for coverage.

Cliente de Amazon: Buena calidad, fácil de adaptar a la medida necesaria. Todavía no sé si será efectivo pero yo creo que sí pues al tacto es desagradable, sin lastimar
