Michelle: I was only using this computer casually until the lockdown in March 2020 - that's when I discovered it wasn't compatible with SKYPE - would freeze and go into a 'blue screen of death' every single time. All other video apps worked consistently until end of July right when my 1 year warranty expired and I wasn't able to get assistance from Lenovo. All drivers, softwares are up to date.
Stay away - in today's webcam daily world this computer is useless.

sammyd20sammyd20: I needed a computer quick, for school use. The only reason I purchased this one, is because they offered INSTALLMENTS! It does the job. I've had it for 2 months. It doesn't have a 9 key but you can use a usb key board. Speakers are small but loud enough for me.
Pros:
-Flexible & turns into a tablet
-I had to turn S mode off for advanced accounting class but liked it on/off
-Works with Blackboard
-Installments offered
-Compact/easily portable
-Not heavy but I would say average
-Windows 10 already installed
-Touchscreen works good
Cons:
-Starting to get slow after 2 months but it may be bc I've downloaded a lot for school
-Small screen. Says 14" but looks more like 11"
-Price is too high
-Only has 2 USB slots
-No disc slot for CDs!
-Battery should last longer
-Dont like using Bing

Claude: Couldn't ask for a better product, perfect size for my wife's hobby activities and crafting and she loves the mobility of it so she can bring it anywhere she goes.

Sam Pepper: Great for someone not super computer literate and wants something simple. Little bit heavy for tablet use so I haven’t used it much, however I enjoy using the touch screen. Processing speed is mostly pretty good.
