Leah Moore: I purchased this set to include in a welcome basket for a rental unit in an area with particularly hard water, and Lemi Shine products are the best I've come across for handling hard water in a dishwasher.
This set arrived as advertised and on time; however, one of the bottles was leaking (though it did appear to be sealed at one point, so likely a mishap during the shipping process). The set was shipped together in a plastic bag, so the leakage spilled onto the other items. After reporting the issue, a replacement was sent out right away and there were no issues with the replacement. Overall, great products and a nice little set to give as a gift for someone getting settled into a new place.

Savvy192: I had purchased LemiShine washing machine cleaner on a recommendation of an appliance repairman to remedy a mildew smell that would not go away. 2 packages/cycles later, the washing machine was mildew free.
So I decided to try the dishwasher products since I just bought new appliances and was unhappy with the dishes even when using the recommended detergents and rinse.
Enter LemiShine. I live in an area with hard water, so I already have a whole house water softener. To evaluate, I’ve introduced each product independently. After adding the detergent booster, my dishes and glassware are no longer streaking. The cleaning pods clean well and seem to work on heavy dirt without using the heavy duty cycle. I haven’t used the appliance cleaner…..yet. But overall, I’m VERY pleased with the results of these products.

B. Hauxwell: Lemi Shine says For best results follow instructions on inside of box. I opened the box there are 3 packets inside all the same. The front of the package says For Best Results , Follow Directions on the box. - Really? There are no instructions on either.
