Jilline Houng: For years had to unclog our bathtub every couple of months. Was skeptical at first but wanted to try and do anything to stop the hair from slipping down the drain. Wow was very pleased first time took a shower it caught all the hair! It works! Get it if you have the same problem.

Lindsay Griffin: This fits over my pop-up drain well and stays in place. It doesn't seem to stop up the drain too much. Water just starts to build up around the drain but not too bad in the tub overall. The hair can be kind of hard to get off of it afterward though.

Ninja Cat 🗡 🐈: This bathtub strainer does exactly what it is intended for. I have not had my bathtub clog up anymore, like it used to with all of my long hairs. The hairs gather around the out side of it. Then you just remove the hairs and throw the hairs away. Perfect! However, the water does take a little longer to drain with this in place. So just remove the hairs and lift it up to drain faster. It's not the most attractive item. But IT DOES WORK AS ADVERTISED!!

Ann: Seriously - do yourself a favor and buy this.
This has been the only thing that's worked for me for longer than 2 weeks.

I live in an apartment and my tub drain has rusted a bit around edges and while I tried my best to keep hair from going down the drain, hair would simply avoid the hair catcher by going into the rusted areas and getting down the drain.

This was a godsend. I went through about 10 different hair catchers before this. I thought this was going to not work because I didn't believe it would stay over the drain, But it's actually staying very firmly in place. It's also very easy to remove and clean so I'm happy with that as well.

So far, I haven't had a slow/blocked drain and I no longer have to shower in ankle deep water.
If this fits over your drain, you should definitely think about purchasing it.

tgDevon: I found the item not the cheapest but it does feel solid and of good quality so think it's worth paying a bit extra. When the item is wet it is a bit difficult to clean/ remove hairs etc but if you let it dry fully it cleans very easily. Definitely happy with the purchase
