Alex aponte: Easily on of my most favorite sets. I don’t want to say it’s the best cause everyone has their own opinions on the best but man this one is up there. Just as a display piece looking at it is amazing a really good looking castle love it. Then to turn it around and then on top of it being a castle includes a tie fighter and the hanger bay, dearth vaders bacta tank, and his meditation chamber this really is a all in one kinda deal. Kids I could see have a lot of fun as a play feature but I’m using it to display and it’s just a great quality set and love everything about.

Zachary Gagnon: The set is very nice and it did come in another box so I did not have any box issues (although I have had legos shipped from amazon with a damaged box before). I think this set is great on display and is a good playset as well. The hidden cristal and lightsaber handle is cool and it is nice to have Darth Vader tie interceptor as well. Overall the minifig selection is great with 2 royal guards, Darth Vader in and out of his suit, and an imperial troop it is a must-have.

eric wolcott: Awesome job lego people! Everything about this is awesome! If you love vader and legos you have to have this. My 11 year old put it together in a night. Hes pretty good at these but this was big for him. He slept well after! He likes it cause it's legos and I love it cause it's vaders house! Every level has a different scene and the cool little details might get missed unless you put it together and know they're there. Legos are so expensive so I'm usually not thrilled. But vaders castle and the razor crest are my favorite. My son enjoys putting them together and I enjoy playing with them when they are done. This one is worth it! My money, the stepping on an occasional lego, all of it!

Greg Davis: The title says it all. This is probably one of the most beautifully crafted lego sets I've owned and seen offered for sale from Lego. From the rose-colored windows of the bacta tank room to the long sith spires, this set is an incredible purchase. The kit was easy to put together, however, the instructions did prove to be a little more confusing due to the constant flipping and color placement of certain parts.

My only complaints (and reason for one star off) is how dark the inside of the structure is once built, especially the tie fighter bay in the bottom, which has several stickers inside that must be hand placed. It seems like an absolute waste to put them in there as you do not really get to see inside of it even with the tie is out unless you have lights pointed directly inside the structure. Lego should have made the structure either larger to allow more light in, or stackable in order to play level by level.

Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this set to any avid lego fan, and especially to those Star Wars fans like myself.

SNA Bruin: I recently heard good things about this set, so I decided to get it and see what was so great about it. This set is an "Amazon Exclusive" so you can only get it from Amazon or Lego themselves, unless you but it secondhand. The build took roughly 2.5 hours at a casual pace, and when I finished, It looked pretty cool. The minifigures in the set included Darth Vader, which had nothing new or exclusive about it, but it was nice to get him. The set also included 2 royal guards, which were not new, but a nice inclusion as well. The imperial Transport Pilot is new and exclusive to this set with great printing, but you do not see this character in any of the Star Wars movies. BACTA TANK DARTH VADER. this, in my opinion is the highlight minifigures of the set. His legs have dual-molded printing, and looks awesome. The set also includes a Mouse Droid which is nice to get. The castle itself is seen in Rouge One, and will also be seen in the new Darth Vader VR experience. The front has a cool lava flow and great trans-red pieces for an ominous feel to the castle. The back of the castle is open, so you can easily access the interior. On the bottom level, which is supposed to be "underground"...
