Dakota Olberding: My nephew loves legos and is big into anything space related lately. He is 8 and this gift was age appropriate. He loved it, challenging but not overwhelming.

Amazon Customer: Got this for my 5 year old nephew and it’s a little challenging even for me when I tried to build the objects with it. So many very small pieces that are easy to lose and although there are booklets with pictures to help you build the object it’s still difficult as you can make out completely the pieces in the pictures. It’s still a great set and my nephew enjoyed playing with it still. He said he will build out his own imagination and didn’t want to follow out the booklet anyway.

LFHouseholdLFHousehold: My kids love this spaceship! My five year old built it all by herself and and my two year old can’t stop playing with the rover. Get this set before it goes up in price. It’s not a set that will likely end up half off on the clearance aisle.
That being said, there will likely be space shuttles in the future similar to this one if you do miss it. LEGO creator already has a new creator shuttle for summer 2021. This set is just one of the best I’ve seen so far in terms of playability. It reminds me of the 3367, 31066, 60078, or even the 7315 Life on Mars set. However, this one has the most refinement for the size and price. If you want an authentic shuttle this isn’t the one. If you want a shuttle your kids will love this is the best one so far in my opinion.
Also, the accessories and minifigures are well thought out and fun. My favorite part of the set has to be the engine compartment.
