Shaun: The box I received was fairly beat up and appeared to have been opened and re-sealed, so not sure this should have been sold as "new". Nothing seemed to be missing from the box so I didn't bother with the hassle of returning it but not happy that I paid for a new item and got something that was already opened.

BikingBetty: This will be okay for my child who doesn't care if her birthday gifts' boxes are bent, but I could not give this as a gift to someone beyond my household. The Lego set is totally cool. It will get my children even more psyched for our diving vacation.
