This was always my favorite but it seems they have changed the ingredients slightly. It used to contain anchovy extract and it no longer does. Or at least the bottles I received did not. Still good but not as good without it.

Other Sriracha do not compare! I couldn’t find this one in stores anymore and I was devastated. I use this in and on everything. It has such a taste, not just hot for hot sake.

The manufacturer says that they have had to stop production - yikes! My local stores are cleaned out, so online is the way to go. Just one comment. Two bottles with almost no packing bubble wrap in the box. Probably not a good idea, but they arrived intact with no leaks.
