DB from MT: This is an excellent book for the very beginner to advanced beginner. His online videos add so much. Definitely worth the purchase.

Amanda Gosling: It is ideal for very young kids, like under 7yrs old, the songs are all nursery rhymes, doesn't appeal to older children. It has a very limited number of chords too. I'd recommend it to a household that's completely new to playing an instrument, but it is lacking for a home that's used to guitars etc. Too basic for me.

AR37: Most major notes used in ukulele seem to be in there and a good few beginner songs too. Really easy to follow but I would definitely say it's more geared towards children

RAiNiE: I have three books. And have been listen8ng on line as I’m pursuring which ukalele.
I decided to learn to play. I hope the one I finally have chosen to buy I can live with. If I had the $$$$
Id buy an expensive one. So bought mid rang and unlike the teaching video teachers I’m not going to buy a bunch. Plan on keeping the one I get firever. I’m an old lady now
I like how this books set up and se3 s easy to understand

joy: This book is so well organized and practical with exceptional large diagrams and pics showing the basics to get one started. I am learning so much and enjoy going thru the book step by step and actually able to play the tunes❗A nice assortment of various songs for children and adults ❗I highly encourage any novice to purchase this book,,,It's well worth it‼️ Eventually I'll purchase the next level beginner book by this instructor who has made the Uke for me less intimidating while building my confidence and giving me so much enjoyment, as well,,,,,,Thank You❗👍
