the blue east: Holy cow! Nothing is so frustrating as having a split in the back of your can. All that gas just seeping out the crack. Big old wet stains showing the world how much gas you’re leaking. I tried wiping my crack but that didn’t help. Gas just kept coming out. I tried to seal my crack but the gas just kept leaking. I am so relieved to have a new gas can that holds my gas in without all the mess. Nice and tidy.

Bazaree: The gas can is very easy to use with the two Position handle that make it easy to pick up an what i Reilly love the most is the push button nozzle to release the fuel and it stop immediately once you released it.
I highly recommend this product.

bumblebee: I have gone through so many gas cans only to find out they leak. Then there is the PhD you need to even get the gas to pour on all the others. If you can figure out how to get them to pour you now need to make sure you can get the spout in to fill tank while still holding down several "safety" features together.

This one was so easy to remove cap, fill and close. Then you just go to the tank you need to fill and place the spout into the tank before releasing the gas which prevents spillage. Then all you need to do is push the button. Flow is great. Don't buy any other gas tank, this is the only one worth any money

Ern Grover: Make no mistake. This is a quality fuel dispenser. "Easy to Dispense" is rated as 2, and that's not a BAD 2. The difficulty makes it safer, especially for my grandchildren. Perhaps a rating "Safe Use" might be more appropriate, for which I would give a "5" star rating.

1. I have several older fuel cans missing caps. This one has a cap on a tether
2. Basically childproof (and spill-proof), because there are two steps to open the valve, which can also be challenging for this 77 year old curmudgeon.
3. A 5-gallon gas can equals approximately 30 pound (plus the weight of the container). This one doesn't pour until you have a steady hand, in position, and then open the valve. My old cans: "My cup runneth over", all over my feet.

Kristopher: Just be aware that the sun and heat and time will pressure it up just like most other gas cans, but with this can the pressure gets released when you press the valve button. For a typical gas can that pressure gets released when you take off the cap to reverse the nozzle. Today I pushed the button to release gas into my string trimmer tank and it came out violently, and since it went into a small confined space (the trimmer gas tank) it instantly came back at me spraying my face and chest with about 250mL of gas. It was a lot of gas. I was shocked. So moral of the story is, before attempting to fill a tank, release the pressure in the gas can by pressing the valve button slowly with the nozzle facing away from you and with the gas can upright so gas isn't carried out of the nozzle by the gas vapor. This happened with the 5L size of this tank. I have yet to fill this 20L can with gas but I'm sure the same thing can happen. Otherwise it's great for not spilling and getting gas on you LOL. Luckily I had extra water, a towel and spare clothes with me. No stars lost for operater error, one star lost for having to pay at least $50 for just the no-spill valve portion when it seems like...

Quinn: So convenient to fill lawn equipment have many of these gas cans no getting covered in gas trying to pour or lose gas over filling I will never buy a different kind of gas can. Only thing I would change is a possibility to fill vehicles with it

Amazon Customer: I got a bunch of those no spill nozzles, this is par for the course. Main downfall is the filter, which cannot be removed and just makes it difficult when filling because of overflow; which is where I see this thing, causing spills. The can is neat, I like that there are 2-way handles, makes handling them a lot easier. Make sure you keep the nozzle from moving during discharge or it could result in a spill. These necks are bigger than usual and as a result, more gas ends up there, so exerting too much force on one end, will cause it to want to "pry" itself off because the nozzle acts like, you guessed it, a pry bar. Which will happen to any tank but the wide neck makes it easier to act that prying effect. Take the good for the bad I say. Use it a lot and in most circumstances, they really are no spill.

The worst part, is filling them... the screen is a bad design and that is why I removed 1 star because I can live with the wide neck; it does save time.... and my back but it is a lot more hassle to fill up than I bargained for. I may end up MacGuyver'ing the screen out because they cannot be cleaned by any easy means, which is just frustrating.

KEVIN N ROWE: I love this! I use a mix of diesel additives in my truck and have always found it a problem when filling my 250ml containers that I use. Previously I used a small measuring container to go from an old gas can that held my mixture into the 250ml containers. It was slow and a bit messy because I always manages to spill a little bit.

With the No-Spill gas can, I can fill up my containers without spilling a drop. Having the on-off valve on the can has made all the difference.

BigdoginTexas: OK, I know, it is "just" a fuel container, but with all the regulations being forced on us and the industry, CARB compliant containers are also "just" not made equally, however this little beauty gets high marks for design and features and when matched with a companion flexible nozzle (ordered seperatly) it for me then becomes PERFECT.

Like you are doing right now I started reading reviews on various portable fuel containers, all the new regulations on ventable containers really set the market into a tizzy to be compliant and they all seemed to have "the answer" to the best way to handle fluid disbursement and venting. The two recurring issues that appeared to be common across various manufacturers were 1. SLOW, painfully SLOW to disburse the contents and 2. They leaked.

A few early reviews (I ordered and used mine in August of 2012) of this manufacturer has some of these same comments, a youtube video also show a video of how that persons leaked around the cap. I can tell you that the manufacturer has listened and made what ever changes they though necessary because I experienced no issues at all. So, onto my observances.
