NiwotStan: Used it to push a tube of sealer in to a unit with no high side port. Otherwise would have cost a service call. Worked flawlessly. Took only a couple minutes. No leaks at all and shut off completely after use. Need to make sure the CO2 cartridge is screwed all the way on.

Paul Baker: This thing absolutely does not work. Plastic handles broke and co2 cartridges leak before using them.

Brian H.: A lot of reviews mention that this product either has a slow leak when you screw in the cartridge or that it breaks when you use it.
The slow leak is fine, since you can already be standing near the drain line anyway. The breakage is probably due to over tighening of the cartridge to prevent the slow leak. This product is made of plastic, so it can't really contain that pressure.
As for the use of the product, it worked perfectly. Though I do recommend you make sure the seal is good when you squeeze the trigger, otherwise you'll get sprayed.
Follow up with some drain line cleaner and you're good to go.

Shayne: Living in an older home located in a coastal state where humidity is always present has it's blessings and HVAC challenges. After watching a few HVAC techs clear the drain line a few times and then paying the bill, we looked for a less expensive DIY option. While we have not actually tested this item the build quality of the unit, line, and line adapters appear to be of quality. Additionally, the instructions have good photography and are not in micro type.
Because we value the validity of Amazon user reviews when considering purchases, we won't give it a 5 Star rating until it's been tested. However, based on initial inspection of the kit, it appears that it will save us time and money in the future. Yes, we will still have our HVAC annual inspection and maintenance performed to keep our HVAC system tuned for efficiency and top performance.
