See above comment. It isn't clear if I even have all the parts. Maybe. I have dealt with poorly written directions before, but none this bad.
It says the parts were made in China so that one saves on buying the item. Really? If the directions are poor & one can't tell much from the diagrams, so what? I'm surprised Amazon hasn't had more complaints and made the necessary adjustments.
