alicia reyes: I must say this is the best gazebo out there. I put it up in May by myself, was very easy to assemble, took me about 4 hours using a broom stick and a step stool to put it up. I live in California with super hot summers and very windy winters. This Gazebo has been through a heat wave and 3 storms, the fabric has not worn and the poles are still in great condition. I just made sure to secure it to my fence very good because last night I thought it was going to blow away but I woke up to it still in the same spot. I will highly recommend this gazebo!

Finn: This has been through two storms with 60+ mile per hour winds (make sure to check the screws don’t wiggle apart though) and didn’t buckled, the $450.00 one next to it snapped like a twig.

Dawn SettersDawn Setters: Although I love Amazon and the customer service is great, this product is awful. I have a tendency to be really optimistic about items even after reading poor reviews so if you're like me and you’re reading this please please save yourself the hassle of disappointment.
I ordered this gazebo and after two days and the first rain it collapsed, Water collected on the top, which was a surprise. I expected it to roll right off because of the slope of the roof but with the weight of the water the legs buckled.

I called and they were very pleasant and issued me a replacement. I was a little worried that the same thing would happen and I voiced my concerns but the representative assured me they had never heard of this happening and that it must’ve been just a faulty item and that the new product would withstand the rain just fine.
I received the new item quickly and assembled it very carefully making sure that I did everything correct, (Im not a slouch and have no issues following assembly directions). Samantha BrownSamantha Brown: We got it to cover our hot tub. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality considered how mixed the reviews were. The frame isn’t the sturdiest, but not going to fall apart. I waited a few months before posting because I wanted to make sure it didn’t fly away after I posted. Over two months and several severe storms later, it’s still perfectly standing. I read many reviews about it falling over in the rain, so we did the it down a lot and it didn’t move in strong gusts of wind. It’s not really water proof. You get misted in heavy rain. As we use it for our hot tub, it’s not the worst thing as it cools us down. Definitely would recommend. Amazing for the price.
